These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchase made through it. By accessing or using CKStore.qa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

CK Store operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from CKStore.qa.
When you create an account, you agree to:

● be responsible for all activity under your account.
Creating an account constitutes your consent to receive updates and promotional messages from CK Store, in line with Qatari e-commere and data-protection regulations. You may opt out anytime by following the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
3. Products and Availability
We sell clothing and fashion accessories, including but not limited to hoodies, T-shirts, pants, and lifestyle apparel.
All product images on CKStore.qa are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to screen display or manufacturing factors.
However, we proudly collaborate with a local professional photography studio to provide our valued customers with high-quality, near-real images that reflect the true appearance of our products as closely as possible.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Contract Formation

By placing an order on theckstore.com, you make an offer to purchase products according to these Terms.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email-this constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.

CK Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases such as:
○ product out of stock,
○ pricing or description errors,
○ suspected fraudulent activity, or
○ violation of these Terms.

We create every item on demand, so returns for change of mind or wrong size aren’t accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 4 days with photos and your order number - we’ll send a free replacement or refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours only. If the address is incorrect or the parcel is unclaimed, re-shipping costs apply.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customized and sale items are non-returnable.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include VAT (if applicable).
We accept the following payment methods:
● Apple Pay
● Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
● Cash on Delivery (COD)
● Other methods listed on the checkout page.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
CK Store uses secure payment gateways and does not store complete payment card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
CK Store currently delivers within the State of Qatar only.
Delivery timeframes and fees are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and the nature of your order.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Ownership and risk of goods pass to you upon successful delivery to your provided address.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We aim for complete satisfaction with every purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our Return and Refund Policy for detailed conditions, timelines, and instructions.
Return period, is within 2-3 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 10 - 14 working days.
According to Article 57 of Qatar’s e-Commerce Law (Decree Law No. 16 of 2010), consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within three (3) days of the contract date, provided the goods are unused and the service not yet performed.
8. Warranty and Product Quality
All items are inspected before dispatch. CK Store does not offer an additional commercial warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights under Qatari consumer protection law regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on CKStore.qa-including text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, and design-is the exclusive property of CK Store or its licensors.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes only.
No part of the website may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial gain without written permission.
10. User Content (Reviews and Comments)
If you submit reviews, feedback, or images, you grant CK Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for marketing or promotional purposes.
You confirm that your content:
● is truthful and not misleading,
● does not infringe third-party rights,
● is not defamatory or unlawful.
We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these conditions or applicable law.
11. Electronic Communications and Marketing
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree that CK Store may send you electronic communications (transactional or promotional).
As per Article 54 of Qatar’s e-Commerce Law, you will always have the option to unsubscribe or opt-out of marketing messages.
We will never sell or share your email address with unrelated third parties for their marketing use without your consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
● CK Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website or products.
● Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Force Majeure
CK Store is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government acts, or internet outages).
In such cases, obligations may be suspended or canceled with notice to you.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
15. Changes to These Terms
CK Store may update or revise these Terms at any time to reflect legal or business changes.
Updates will be effective upon posting to CKStore.qa. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
